Returns
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, and to help reduce waste and emissions, while also keeping our customers sanitarily safe, we currently only accept returns on a specific basis. In acceptable cases, we have a 7-day return period. For return inquiries, please email contact@arimyka.com with your proof of purchase and order number.
At this time, we do not grant refunds. Once a product leaves our office, it's a final sale.
Be sure to read all product descriptions for accurate sizing and information.
If you attempt to return an opened package, without first a return acceptance by us via email, you may be charged a return fee by your local post office. We do not cover unaccepted returns.

Shipping
We currently only ship anywhere within the U.S. (we are working on expanding shipping outside of the United States) ♥️
If selected standard shipping, your item will arrive to you within 8-10 business days through postal carrier. In the event of high order demand, we can take up to 2 weeks to process an order. With postal shipping and our processing combined, total time can take up to 3 weeks, during busy or peak seasons.
All production times are in product descriptions. Production time is the amount of time it takes for your garment to be produced and created.

Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate and correct for timely shipping and delivery purposes. You are responsible for any shipping fees due to inaccurate shipping information provided, under standard contract law and postal regulations.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk is not ours. We recommend getting in contact with your local post office for any questions or concerns, regarding this matter.
Customers assume all responsibility once a tracking number is given. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any damages, lost or stolen packages, please contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages lost, damaged or stolen during parcel.
