Refund policy

We currently don’t accept returns or refunds at this time. Once a product leaves our office, it is no longer ours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately, in the very rare instance, if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take and send photos, please! 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Mostly all of our inventory is non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
